• What payment options do you offer for international orders?

  Currently, international customers can pay via bank wire, PayPal or cryptocurrency (we accept Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Solana and Litecoin). Please note that international bank wire transfers go through an intermediary institution before the funds are sent to our account. Most of the time, this intermediary will charge us a fee to accept the money. In this event, we will pass this fee on to the customer and would not ship the order until the customer has paid this fee via credit card.

• Do you charge taxes and duties?

  Many countries do levy duties, taxes, and other import or customs clearance fees. All applicable duties, taxes, and fees will be automatically calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

• Does scottsdale mint declare the value of the package on customs forms?

  We always declare the full value of the shipment on any customs form. There are no exceptions to this rule.

• What happens if I refuse delivery or I am unavailable to accept my shipment?

  If your order is returned to Scottsdale Mint due to either a) your refusal to pay duties or taxes or b) if the carrier (example FedEx or UPS) was unable to deliver your order, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees, additional duties or applicable taxes for returning the package back to Scottsdale Mint. In addition, if your package is returned to Scottsdale Mint, we will not reship your order until we are paid in full for any return shipping costs, duties or taxes we had to pay or advance for you as well as any subsequent re-ship fees back to you. International returns are a very costly problem and we STRONGLY suggest making yourself aware of any duties or taxes before packages are shipped to avoid surprises. In addition, we STRONGLY suggest making yourself available to the delivery company so your package is not returned to Scottsdale Mint subjecting yourself to unnecessary taxes, duties, shipping costs or delays. These delays for re-ships could take 4-6 weeks or longer to complete when packages are not received, as they should. Please note that Scottsdale Mint does their best to accommodate customer requests, however, the carrier will be chosen at Scottsdale Mint discretion. • What is your international return policy?

  Pricing is locked in at the time the order is placed and we are not able to offer cancellations, refunds, or returns on any items. In the event your item is received damaged, or you’ve received the incorrect item, we will make sure the situation is corrected. Any order discrepancies (missing items, incorrect item, damage, etc.) must be reported within 48 hours of shipment tracking data showing the item has been delivered.

  Shipping times vary based on your location. Tracking details will be provided for all shipments so you will be able to track your order and see the estimated delivery date.
