Oregon
The flag of Oregon, known as the "Oregon State Flag," features a unique and symbolic design. It consists of a deep navy blue field with a distinct two-sided design. On the obverse, the flag displays the state seal in gold at the center. The seal includes a shield with a representation of the state's natural resources: a beaver, an emblem of the state's rich fur-trading history, and mountains and forests symbolizing Oregon's diverse landscapes. Above the shield is a banner reading "State of Oregon," and below it, the year "1859," marking the year Oregon joined the Union.
