You can check your order status at any time by logging into your account.
Here’s what different statuses mean:
- ACH Pending Payment: Waiting for your eCheck payment to clear (up to 10 business days).
- On Hold: There’s an issue with your order—please contact us.
- Processing: Your payment has cleared, and your order is in the queue for shipping.
- Shipped: You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your package is on its way.
Most orders currently ship within 3–8 weeks, depending on demand and product type.
