My order never arrived / An item is missing from my package

If your order status shows ÔÇ£deliveredÔÇØ but you havenÔÇÖt received it, or if your package is missing an item, please do the following:

  1. Check your account for tracking info under the ÔÇ£My AccountÔÇØ section.
  2. Confirm with the carrier that the package was delivered to the correct address.
  3. If your package shows ÔÇ£deliveredÔÇØ but you did not receive it, or if an item is missing from your shipment, contact us within 72 hours of the delivery scan or receipt.
